COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors UN5T3BC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Velconic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Uniop parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vega product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Velconic such as the VLBSE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ETOP20B0045 manufactured by Uniop and we are pleased to be able to service most Uniop systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 62UXANCRKUX by Manufacturer Vega as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has U.s.-Motors Brand W7P2D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Us-Motors-Emerson such as 8P5P2C equipment made by Us-Motors-Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Motors-Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Motors-Emerson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HMP233D2A0A2AA12A1A3B made by Vaisala as well as the popular PML original spares produced by Vectron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the V761 by Velonex and 8P5P2C spares by Us-Motors-Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original J4023589929 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ue. |
